Payment:

*A 6.75% sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to an Ohio address.

Shipping and Handling:

Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). International orders are shipped within two business days.

Tracking:

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has shipping. We are sorry to say that we cannot offer tracking numbers on international orders at this time.

Notice

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Gift Cards:

Tigertree Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. These are available in varying amounts and can be found by clicking here. To use in our Columbus store, simply print out your card number or bring it up on your mobile device.

To use your gift card online, simply enter the number into the coupon code box upon checkout.

Please note that gift cards purchased at our High Street store will not automatically work on our website. Please email niki@shoptigertree.com with your card number and I will verify the card amount and add the information to our online system.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Items ordered with free shipping are still subject to a refund minus the actual cost of shipping. All sales are final on sale merchandise. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed. Returns should be sent along with your invoice and reason for return to the address below:

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the Columbus store. Any exchange or store credit will be given in compliance with our current in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original price paid within 15 days of date of purchase for any non-sale items returned in their original condition.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

Your credit card information and personal information is safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide us to anyone.
